  • If you’re holding a Singapore bank account and using Singapore dollars, you may use internet banking to transfer to our HSBC account via FAST. SGD funds received will be automatically converted into USD by HSBC using the prevailing FX rate.
  • Log in to your internet banking to remit funds to Lu International.

Telegraphic Transfer (Non-SGD)
  • If you’re holding a Singapore bank account and using non-SGD currencies, you could use internet banking to transfer to our HSBC account via a telegraphic transfer (TT). Please note TT charges from your remitting bank will apply.
  • LU Global accepts most international currencies. If you choose non-USD transfer, funds received will be automatically converted into USD by HSBC using the prevailing FX rate. Therefore, USD transfer is preferred to avoid any potential foreign exchange losses.

For security purposes, we will only accept funds from your binding account – which you will first need to set under “Account Settings”

Note: Setting of your binding account is a one-time process. Your binding account can be edited later should you wish to perform subsequent funds transfers from another account in your own name.

Tips and Notes

  • Always ensure you are transferring funds from your binding bank account
  • Where applicable, please input your name in the reference field when making the transfers
  • We will receive remitting amount net of all fees, where fees or charges are being imposed by the banks
  • Please note that we do not accept any top up via demand drafts, cheques or cash deposits
  • If this is your first top up, you will have to specify your source of funds. The main sources of funds may include salary income, investment income

Processing Time

  • The expected processing timeline for a local transfer is 1 – 2 working days, whereas international / telegraphic transfer would generally take between 3 – 5 working days.
  • Once the funds have been successfully credited into your LU Global account, you will receive an SMS to notify you of the same.
