This Policy only applies to products and services of Lu International (Singapore) Financial Asset Exchange Pte. Ltd. (“LUI”), including securities trading and fund management.

2. Definition

We, us or LUI: refers to Lu International (Singapore) Financial Asset Exchange Pte. Ltd. Common registered address/office address: 10 Marina Boulevard, Tower 2 #13-04, Marina Bay Financial Center, Singapore 018983.

LUI Platform: refer to the official website or client operated by LUI, which are service platforms, by connecting to LUI Related Parties or Partners (via H5 link jumping, API, SDK or front-office business system), providing information management and technical support for individual members to query introduction materials of financial products provided by LUI Related Parties or Partners and relevant services and market information directly or indirectly via LUI information systems, and to carry out activities such as online financial product investment, trading and information management and inquiry, transaction fund settlement (provided by legally qualified payment institutions) via the services provided by LUI Related Parties or Partners. LUI Services: refer to online information display and link, trading support, information management and technical support services provide by LUI to individual members via LUI official website or client in accordance with this agreement.

LUI Related Parties: refer to entities, directly or indirectly, controlled by, controlling, under common control or substantial influence with, or Shanghai Lujiazui International Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (Lufax) and/or Lufax (Shanghai) Technology Service Co., Ltd. /or Lu Consulting (Shanghai) Service Co., Ltd., including companies such as Shenzhen Lufax Internet Financial Information Services Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Lufax Internet Financial Information Services Co. Ltd. that are directly or indirectly under the control of, or substantially influenced by Ping An Insurance (Group) Company Of China, Ltd.

LUI Partners or Partners: refer to financial institutions entering into relevant cooperation or service agreement with LUI and agreeing on providing individual members with services such as account opening, product introduction and sales, online trading, information intermediary and information management in accordance with signed agreement and on the basis of LUI services, or other institutions with relevant business license and/or having completed necessary filing process, and other third-party institutions providing technical support and necessary services for your use of LUI services, including LUI Related Parties with relevant business qualifications, fund companies, fund distribution companies, banks, securities firms, asset management companies, technology services companies, and other third-party services institutions.

 

3. How We Collect and Use Information

You agree and authorize us to collect necessary information related to services when you register, log in to and use our services provided that we will not collect your personal information as prohibited by law. You may choose not to provide certain information. If so, you may be not able to use or normally use some services on LUI Platform while other services thereon will not be affected. This privacy policy is made for the collection of your personal information for the following purposes only. In case of any change in the purpose of information collection and the type of information to be collected, we will inform you in advance to obtain your consent.

1. For member account creating, binding or login

We will collect your mobile phone number when you register a LUI member account or log in to LUI Platform. You may also choose to provide us with your fingerprint verification results or facial feature information for Touch ID or Face ID login. If you do not provide the above information, it would not affect your login by other means.

2. For us to fulfill our legal obligations of anti-money laundering (AML) and implement real-name management

When you trigger, apply for, or use the services of LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners via LUI Platform, we need to verify your identity in order to timely update your personal information in LUI, LUI Related Parties and LUI Partners (including identity verification and risk assessment information), or to complete the real-name management and investor suitability management in respect of you, and satisfy AML requirements. Therefore, we will collect the personal information provided by you to LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners if the process of your identity verification, bank card binding (if applicable) and risk assessment (if applicable), including: name, gender, date of birth, nationality, ID number and its valid period, passport number and its valid period (if any). If you do not provide the above information or your real-name verification fails, you will not be able to use corresponding LUI Services.

3. For the purpose of risk assessment

We will collect your deposit information and income status when you use the wealth management and fund services provided by LUI, LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners so as to accurately assess your investment risks (such as to carry out investor suitability management and qualified investor authentication). You agree and authorize us to inquire and verify the credit information related to your use of the LUI Service by ourselves or through personal credit information agencies (including the pilot organization) or third-party professional data service institutions in cooperation, and to view, collect, use, and retain the verification and authentication results thereof. If you do not provide the above information or the information provided is incomplete, we will not be able to assess your investment risk, which may affect your use of the above services.

4. In order to ensure the account, fund and service security

In order to improve the security of your use of our services, to prevent your personal information from being obtained by criminals, as well as to improve LUI Platform’s service quality and user experience in security , we need to collect your mobile phone number, email address, and geographic location (positioning), ID number and valid period, passport number and valid period (if any), information of frequently-used device (device brand, device model, device screen specification, operating system version, IMEI, android ID, IDFA, IMSI information of SIM card , IP address) to determine the security of your account. In addition, we will also dynamically verify your top-up, investment, redemption, and cash withdrawal operations. For this purpose, you need to provide us with your facial features and fingerprint verification results or SMS messages when you open and use the function of face recognition or fingerprint verification. If you do not provide the above information, your account, fund and services may not be secured and risks of financial loss may arise.

5. In order to provide relevant LUI Services

(a) When you use LUI Services to interact with LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners, participating in LUI user points marketing activities or using the information inquiry services provided by LUI (for example, accessing to member account setup information and member account equity information), you agree and authorize us, to the extent permitted by laws and regulations, to collect your personal formation related to LUI Services and formed or retained by LUI, LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners during the process of your use of LUI Services, including: your name, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, ID number and valid period, passport number, and valid period (if any) and trading information (amount, counterparty, commodity and time of a trading). Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, our Related Parties and LUI Partners will provide us with your information collected or stored thereby subject to your prior consent and authorization. If you want to cancel such consent or authorization, you may propose such request to the relevant LUI Connected Party or LUI Partner as per the contact information provided thereby. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with relevant LUI Services.

(b) When you contact customer service to give your opinions or make a complaint, we may collect and use the trading information (amount, counterparty, commodity and time of such trading) related to the subject matter of your feedback or complaint. If you call customer service to communicate, we will also save your mobile number to follow up with you. If you do not provide the above information, it will affect the quality of relevant LUI Services we provide to you, but it will not affect your use of other services we provide.

6. In order to improve service experience and provide personalized service functions

In order to make your service experience in LUI more convenient, smooth and targeted, we will collect your risk assessment information, trading information (amount, counterparty, commodity and time of a trading), behavior information (search history, browsing information, followings, access time, ad clicks, page click frequency, time on page, information provided when contacting the customer service, and information sent during questionnaire survey), geographic location (positioning) information for analysis or forecast, so as to refine the personal feature model to prioritize the products and/or services you may be interested in, such as message pushes, commercial electronic messaging, and customized pages for specific products and/or services based on your search information and followings. If you do not want to receive our push messages, you can choose to turn off the push function through the device system authority setting or by contacting us to cancel the message push service.

7. In addition, when using corresponding LUI Services, you may need to call or use your device functions to collect and use your personal information. Before you use the services, you can choose whether to authorize us to open the following accesses:

(a) Camera-based functions: You can turn on the camera for identity verification (ID card recognition and face recognition login), bank card recognition, photo taking and uploading, and face-to-face signing via video;

(b) Album-based functions: When you need to submit supporting materials in communication with customer service or for identity verification, you can select an image from a local album to upload. By turning on the access to album function, you can also use the avatar uploading and picture posting services in LU Community;

(c) Geographic location-based functions: You can turn on the positioning service to help LUI, LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners better comply with regulatory requirements and fulfill their obligations related to AML and suspicious transaction reporting;

(d) Microphone-based functions: You may use microphone device for voice input and communication (voice search, voice message) or face-to-face signing via video;

(e) Contact list-based functions: When you recommend LUI Services to your friends, you can select and import the contact information in your contact list. You will not have to manually fill in the above information by turning on this function. Furthermore, it will also help LUI, or LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners to conduct business risk control when providing services to you;

(f) Fingerprint-based and face ID-based functions: You can authorize to call the fingerprint verification system or face ID system of the device you use to help LUI, LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners fulfil personal identity recognition, login, verification, confirmation, and completion of instruction such as payment. When you make verification or payment via fingerprint, we will only collect fingerprint verification results, but not your fingerprint information;

(g) Phone-based function: You can dial the LUI service call through a click if you encounter any problem during your use of LUI Services. You will not have to manually fill in the LUI service call number by turning on this function.

(h) SMS-based function: Turning on this function will enable an automatically read of your SMS verification code when you need to input such code during your use of LUI Services, so that a manually filling-in is avoided.

The above functions may require you to open our access to your camera, photo album, geographic location (positioning), microphone and contact list on your device, so as to enable the collection and use of information related to these functions. You acknowledge and agree that opening these accesses indicates your authorization to us to collect and use such information to realize the above functions. You may also change or cancel these authorizations following instructions of your operating system, and then we will no longer continue to collect and use such information of yours. Consequently we will not be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations, which, however, will not affect your use of other LUI Services.

 

4. How We Use Information

In order to better provide you with services, for our own risk prevention and control, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of relevant parties, you agree and authorize us to use your information for the following purposes:

1. To fulfill the purposes stated in “How We Collect Information” under this Privacy Policy;

2. To protect your account security, identify and verify your identity and bank card;

3. To de-identify your personal information before analyzing and processing, or use your information for data modeling, so as to provide you with suitable services and to continuously maintain, improve, and optimize these services;

4. To use your information to prevent, detect, investigate fraudulent or illegal actions or those compromise security or violate agreements with use, our policies or rules, so as to protect the legal rights and interests of you, our other users or us;

5. To assess your credit and risk tolerance;

6. To provide you with better, personalized services, contents and advice that we may combine de-identified personal information from a service with that from other services;

7. To use your information to charge fees payable by you (if any).

When we want to use your information for other purposes or new business purposes not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will notify you in advance and ask for your consent. However, under the following circumstances, we may duly collect and use your personal information without your consent in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards:

1. Those related to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;

2. Those directly related to national security and national defense security;

3. Those directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

4. Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgment;

5. Those for the purpose of protecting your or other people’s life, property and other material legal rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your consent;

6. Where the personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;

7. Where the personal information is collected from that having been legally disclosed to the public;

8. Those necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the services provided, for example, for discovering or disposing product or service failure;

9. Those for the compliance with and fulfillment of requirements for information collection and disclosure under any laws, regulations, and other regulatory provisions that are binding on us.

 

5. How We Share and Transfer Information with Third-parties

We undertake that we will keep your personal information in confidence in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, and that we will not share your personal information with other third-parties or transfer your personal information to the external unless with your expressed consent or authorization.

For the purpose of providing LUI Services to you, you agree and authorize us to share your personal information with LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners under the following circumstances. We will require LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners that we share your personal information with to store and process your personal information in the manner agreed under this Privacy Policy. Before sharing information, we will conduct a commercially reasonable review to assess the legality, legitimacy and necessity of sharing your personal information, and urge the relevant LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners to deal with your information in accordance with law and relevant regulatory requirements. Without your expressed consent or authorization in advance, LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners shall have no right to use the personal information shared for any other purpose beyond this Privacy Policy.

1. When you trigger, apply for, use services provided by LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners via LUI Platform, it is necessary to share your personal information with the above institutions in order to facilitate your acceptance of such services without prejudice to the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. For example, in order to facilitate your easy access to, or use of, the front-office business system of platforms of LUI Related Parties or Partners based on LUI Services, we will provide your personal information you have retained on LUI Platform to our Related Parties or Partners to assist them to complete the necessary account registration procedures and product or service opening procedures for you; provide the identity verification information you have retained on our platforms to our Related Parties or partners to assist them in proceeding their identity verification procedures; provide the risk assessment information collected by us from LUI Related Parties or LUI Partners based on your authorization to our other Related Parties or partners to assist them to continue their eligibility assessments on you; provide other information that you authorize us to collect or provide to us to our Related Parties or partners to assist them in cross-validating your personal information, conducting customer point marketing activities, assessing your credit status, performance capabilities and risk tolerance, and other usage related to your use of their services;

2. In case of your violation of the relevant agreements entered into with LUI Partners or Related Parties, we may provide your counterparties, cooperative banks of related businesses, guarantee institutions, insurance institutions, etc. with your performance and default information under the relevant agreements. Meanwhile, in order to establish a credit system, you agree and authorize us to, subject to relevant laws and regulations, send your credit information and bad information to credit reference agencies without prior notice to you.

3. Unless otherwise provided by law, in order to improve information processing efficiency, reduce information processing costs, or improve information processing accuracy, we may entrust a competent data service institution to, subject to this Privacy Policy and within the scope of authorization, to process, analyze and handle your information on behalf us;

4. You agree that we may provide your information to necessary entities based on business requirements in accordance with legal requirements and reasonable practices when LUI merges with or is acquired by other companies, or carries out other capital market activities (IPO, bond issuance), or under other circumstances where LUI is subject to due diligence by other entities, provided that we will require such entities to adopt equivalent confidentiality measures as this Privacy Policy prescribes through a confidentiality agreement or otherwise, and to delete your information within a reasonable period of time after the necessary work is done;

5. In order to conduct business in a compliant manner and evaluate our financial and risk capabilities, we may disclose your personal information to external professional consultants such as auditors and lawyers engaged by us, and we will require such persons to process your information in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements;

6. As our business continues to grow, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. In this case, we will notify you prior to the transfer and require the new company or organization to hold your personal information continue to be bound by this policy. In case of any change in the purpose of the use of your personal information, we will require such company or organization to regain your explicit consent;

7. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others when you have disputes with others arising out of your use of LUI Services, we may provide your name and valid ID number, contact information and information related to such dispute to the regulatory authority or other dispute resolution bodies agreed upon by you and others under relevant agreements for the purpose of a timely resolution of such dispute, except that expressly prohibited by laws and regulations;

8. We may disclose your personal information in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, for the purpose of litigation, or to meet the requirements of administrative agencies and judicial bodies. Where we are convinced of your violation of applicable laws and regulations, or in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of us and our Related Parties or other users or the public from harm, we may also disclose information about you, including your related violations and measures that we have taken against you; and

9. Other circumstances as agreed by your prior authorization.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may duly share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:

1. Those related to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;

2. Those directly related to national security and national defense security;

3. Those directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

4. Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgment;

5. Those for the purpose of protecting your or other people’s life, property and other material legal rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your consent.

6. Where the personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;

7. Where the personal information is collected from that having been legally disclosed to the public;

8. Those in compliance with provisions of laws and regulations and requirements of competent authorities, and National Internet Finance Association of China and other industry organizations.

 

6. How We Protect Information

1. We have used industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide and to prevent your data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. We will take all reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information. For example, SSL encryption is enabled in the data exchange (such as debit card information) between your browser and LUI Platform; we also provide https secure browsing to LUI Platform; we use encryption to ensure data confidentiality; we will back up data to other servers to prevent loss of the information we have; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to protect data against malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to personal information; we will provide security and privacy protection training courses to employees to enhance their awareness of the importance of protecting personal information. Notwithstanding these security measures we have, please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network. If you find that your personal information has been compromised, especially in case of any leak of your member account or password, you should immediately contact us through the contact information provided by LUI Platform so that we can take appropriate measures.

2. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and email, instant messaging, and communication with other users are not encrypted. Thus we strongly recommend that you do not send personal information in such ways.

3. Member account information is important personal information, which you can only use with your password. Please use a complex password to help us keep your account secure. If you leak your password, you may have lost your identity verification information and adverse consequences for you may arise. Therefore, please properly set up and keep your member account information on LUI Platform. If you find that your account number and password have been or are to be leaked for any reason, you should contact us promptly so that we can take appropriate measures to prevent or reduce the loss.

4. You acknowledge and agree that in the process of using LUI Services, or in the process of using services provided by LUI Related Parties or Partners based on LUI Services, the information formed, or authorized to be collected by, LUI Platform and saved in a certain form shall be jointly owned by you and LUI Platform, and, except as expressly agreed by LUI, you shall not authorize any third party to collect, use or save such information by lending your account, or using technical methods by yourself or authorizing others to do so.

5. Security incidents

(a) In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, as required by laws and regulations, promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of such security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions to you about risk prevention and mitigation that you may take by yourself, and remedies for you, among others. We will promptly inform you of the incident-related status by means of in-app messages, SMS, phone calls, emails and otherwise, based on the contact information previously provided by you. For those hard to inform you in details, we will release announcements in a reasonable and effective manner.

(b) We will promptly address security risks such as system vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, virus attacks and network intrusions. In the event of a network security incident, we will promptly take corresponding remedial measures in accordance with the contingency plan for cybersecurity incidents and report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the regulations.

(c) Where our physical, technical or management-related protective facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration or damage of information and causing harm to your legal rights and interests, we will take relevant responsibilities strictly in accordance with law.

6. The personal information we collect and generate will be stored in the data center in Singapore. We will only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for the time limits set by laws, regulations and regulations.

 

7. How We Use such Technologies as Cookie and Beacon (if appropriate)

For an easier access experience, we may identify your through a small data file when you visit LUI or use LUI Services, which could save the steps of you re-entering registration information, or help assess the security status of your account. Such data files may be cookies, Flash cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (hereinafter referred to as “Cookies”). Please understand that some of our services can only be realized through Cookies. You may revise the acceptance of LUI Cookies or reject LUI Cookies to the extent permitted by your browser or additional services thereof (the “Help” section in most browser toolbars will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new Cookies or how to completely turn off Cookies), which, however, may affect your secure access to LUI Platform or your use of LUI Services.

LUI Platform may also contain some electronic images (hereinafter referred to as “single-pixel GIF files” or “network Beacons”).Network Beacons can be used to help the website to calculate the users browsing the web or access certain cookies. We, through network Beacons, will collect information of your web browsing activities, including the address of the web page you visit, the location of the reference page you visited earlier, your browsing environment, and display settings. Please understand that when you access a webpage created by a third party through LUI Platform, such third party may collect your information through their own Cookies or network Beacons, which is not subject to our control and this Privacy Policy, but to the privacy policy of that third party. We suggest that you carefully read the detailed privacy policy of such third-party before using its services through its Cookies and network Beacons. We will also perform necessary obligations of review and make efforts to require third parties to take protective measures for your personal information.

 

8. Your rights

We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update and correct your personal information. You may follow the page prompts to do so by yourself, or contact the corresponding customer service hotline or via our online customer service.

When you meet the agreed account cancellation conditions and cancel a service related account, all of your information in such account will be emptied, and the relevant service provider will no longer collect or use your personal information related to such account, or provide such information to the external. However, the relevant service provider may still need to keep the information that you have provided or generated during the use of service within the time period as required by regulatory provisions, during which the competent authorities still have the right to duly inquire such information.

If you find that the collection and use of your personal information by relevant service providers has violated applicable laws and regulations or any agreement they have made with you, you may request the deletion of the corresponding information by contacting the corresponding customer service hotline or via our online customer service.

Notwithstanding the above, we may, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances:

(1) Those directly related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Those directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgment;

(4) Where there is sufficient evidence indicating your malicious intention or abuse of rights;

(5) Where responding to your request will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals or organizations;

(6) Those involving trade secrets.

If you have any questions about this Policy, or you want to make any complaint or suggestion about your personal information processing, please contact us through the corresponding customer service hotline or via our online customer service. Our Customer Service, together with the Privacy Protection Office, will reply to you in a timely manner. In order to ensure the security of your information, we need to verify your identity and credentials. We have established a customer complaint management mechanism, including a tracking process. In general, we will address a customer complaint within three working days after the verification is passed. In special cases, the maximum time limit of the response to a customer complaint will be no more than 30 days or as permitted by laws and regulations.

 

9. How We Protect Information of Minors

We stress the protection of minors personal information. If you are under 18, we will not provide you with services, and we will voluntarily delete your personal information that we have collected, if any.

 

10. Application and Update of this Policy

In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the privacy protection and authorization terms set forth in any of the service agreements adopted by LUI Platform, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the legal provisions or regulatory requirements related to personal information, the relevant legal provisions or regulatory requirements shall prevail.

Our privacy policy may change. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page. For major changes, we will show you the amended privacy policy via a pop-up when you log in. Please note that we will only collect, use, share, and store your personal information in accordance with the amended privacy policy after you click the consent button in the pop-up window. The major changes referred to in this Privacy Policy include:

1. Major changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the way in which personal information is used;

2. Major changes in such aspects as our ownership structure and organizational structure, such as changes in ownership caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers;

3. Significant changes in your rights to participate in the processing of personal information and the way in which you may exercise such right;

4. Changes in contact information and complaint channels in respect of personal information security and other matters;

5. High risk indicated in the personal information security impact assessment report.

We will also archive the old version of this Privacy Policy, so that you may contact us through the communication channels stipulated in this Privacy Policy to review the old version.

Annex: Explanation of terms and examples of sensitive personal information

To help you better understand this Privacy Policy, some of the terms in the above clauses are explained as follows:

  • Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a particular natural person or reflect the activity of a particular natural person, either alone or in combination with other information.
  • Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that the disclosure, illicit provision or misuse thereof may endanger personal and property safety, resulting in harms to personal reputation, and physical or mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information under this Privacy Policy includes: name, ID number, mobile phone number, contact address, bank card number, and location information of device.

Personal property information

Bank account number, authentication information (password), deposit information (including amount of funds, payment and receipt records, etc.), property information, credit history, credit information, transaction and consumption records, flow records, etc., as well as virtual currency, virtual trading, redemption code of games and other virtual property information.

Personal health information

Relevant records generated by individuals due to illness and treatment, such as disease symptoms, hospitalization, medical orders, check-up reports, surgical and anesthesia records, nursing records, medication records, drug and food allergy information, birth information, past medical history, diagnosis and treatment, family history, current medical history, history of infectious diseases, etc., as well as information related to personal health status.

Personal biometric information

Personal genes, fingerprints, voiceprints, palm prints, auricles, irises, facial recognition features, etc.

Personal identity information

ID card, military ID card, passport, driver’s license, work permit, social security card, residence permit, etc.

Network identity information

  • Cookie is a mechanism that supports server-side (or script ) storage and retrieval of information on the client, extending web-based client/server applications by adding simple and continuous client state. The server sends a status message while returning the HTTP object to the client and such message is saved by the client. The status information indicates the range of URLs that are valid in this state. Thereafter, the HTTP request within the scope initiated by the client will return the current value of the status information from the client to the server. This status information is referred to as a cookie.
  • Device attribute information refers to the software and hardware features of the terminal equipment used by the user to access LUI Platform, including device brand and model, device screen specifications, operating system version, device settings, and unique device identifiers.
  • Device location information refers to information of the geographic location where, such as the location information obtained through GPS, Bluetooth or wifi signals.

• Device connection information refers to the IP address, browser type, telecom operator, applicable language, access date and time information displayed when the user use his/her terminal equipment to access LUI Platform
