Our investment approach

LU Global continues its close monitoring of market developments as well as any potential impact on our investment products.

We maintain our investment approach of curating funds managed by renowned asset managers. These include private funds which are generally uncorrelated with traditional asset classes and are not subjected to the extreme swings in valuation, as well as mutual in valuations we see in traditional asset classes, as well as mutual funds which have histories of proven investment strategies and outperformances over market benchmarks. We believe that investment is for the long term, and while we may experience turbulences along the way, we are here with you along the full journey.

 

Our investment platform

Our platform and systems are highly reliable and resilient thanks to an active-active data center setup in Singapore. Both data centers and servers are actively operating 24/7 to ensure no down time.

In addition, we work with business partners with advanced digital solutions connected directly with fund houses, making it possible to continue facilitating regular business functions.

 

Our risk control

Lu Global adopts stringent onboarding processes for our investment products, counterparties, as well as our customers.

We diligently monitor mutual funds NAV and the product providers on a daily basis. We keep track of the business activities and run periodic risk reviews on the processes across all departments.

 

Our BCP arrangement

In view of guidelines from WHO and the Singapore Government, we have put in place adequate Business Continuity Plans (BCP), so we can continue to serve you and our customers without disruption. Proper infrastructure and working principles are in place to ensure colleagues working remotely are equipped to work efficiently and effectively.
