As stated in the Notice of Service Changes and Termination dated January 17, 2022, Lu International (Singapore) Financial Asset Exchange Pte. Ltd. (“Lu International (Singapore)”) will cease operations in Singapore.

Please note that starting from 12:00 on April 13, 2022, the cash withdrawal function will be terminated and all Services and Accounts as well as the Customer Agreement will be fully terminated. If you still have remaining cash balance in your Customer’s Account, all such cash balance will be transferred to Lu International (Hong Kong) Limited which will hold such cash balance on a bare trust for you. You can contact Lu International (Hong Kong) customer service via the hotlines below to assist you withdraw your remaining cash balance, subject to additional verification process.
